What I collect
When you place an order, send a message, or sign up for email updates on this site, I collect what you provide directly — things like your name, email address, and, for orders, a shipping address. I don't collect anything beyond what's needed to respond to you or fulfill an order.
How it's stored and used
This information is stored in a secure database and used only to communicate with you, process your order, or send the updates you've asked for. I don't sell or share your information with third parties, and this site doesn't run advertising or third-party tracking.
Payment information
This site does not currently collect or store payment card details. Payment for orders is arranged directly with me after your order is placed.
Cookies and browser storage
Your shopping cart is remembered in your browser's local storage so it doesn't disappear between pages — this stays on your device and isn't used to track you elsewhere. The admin area of this site uses a basic session cookie so I can log in securely; it isn't used for tracking or advertising.
Email updates
If you sign up for email updates, your name (if given) and email address are stored so I can send them. You can unsubscribe at any time by emailing me directly.
Your information, your control
If you'd like a copy of the information I hold about you, or you'd like it corrected or deleted, email hello@thebrandlee.com and I'll take care of it.
