Made-to-order timelines
Most pieces from Lee's Emporium and Lee's Crochet are made once you order them, not pulled from a stockroom. Where a production timeline is known, it's shown on the product page — otherwise it will be confirmed with you directly after you order.
Delivery details
Shipping method, cost, and estimated delivery time are confirmed with you individually before your order is finalized, since they depend on the piece and where it's going. Nothing is charged or promised automatically at checkout.
Tracking your order
Once your order is placed, you can follow its progress — from order received through to delivered — on the Track Order page, using your order ID and email.
